Did you know? articles of truth from C-Hawks writers
Separation of Church and State
There is a phrase so often used today that too many Americans believe to be true and worse yet, they believe it is in the U.S. Constitution. The phrase “separation of church and state” has been repeated so many times that many actually believe it is part of the first amendment. Those that use it want people to join them in removing God from everything in our lives today.
The Bible and the Constitution
The writers of the Constitution believed that God’s word was relevant to all aspects of life including law and government. When Jesus said in Luke 12:4 “render onto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s” He was acknowledging that we do owe some things to a higher authority, a civil government, and some things to God.
Roe v Wade
Was Roe v Wade ever the law of the land? President Richard Nixon never signed into law a Roe v Wade Act of 1973. Congress never voted on a bill making it legal to take the life of a child in a mother’s womb. Seven judges on the United States Supreme Court decided along with Roe that a woman had the right to terminate her pregnancy.
Are Government Agencies Constitutional

Question
Does the Constitution allow appointed Federal Agencies as well as non-governmental agencies to regulate our lives?
Discussion
If you have studied the Constitution, you HAVE NOT read the words Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Interior (DOI), Social Security Administration (SSA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Transportation (DOT), U.S. Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Labor (DOL), American Bar Association (ABA), American Medical Association (AMA), Federal Reserve, and on and on. It is estimated there are currently over 1,250 FEDERAL Government Agencies that get involved in our everyday lives. How did we get our everyday lives so entangled with the Federal Government? Because we let them. Politicians do not want to be judged for reelection purposes when they vote against their constituents because they may lose their cushy government jobs. Many would not survive in private industry! So, congressman and senators choose to put together a group of nonelected officials, government regulators, or assign a bipartisan commission on…(whatever) who will make the decision they desire without them having to record a vote.
Conclusion
All these unelected government agencies as well as non-Government agencies are unconstitutional if they are intended to do work on behalf of the federal government! Since this is not a power of the Federal Government listed in the Constitution, the federal government is operating outside of their granted powers to regulate anything. We The People have the power to tell them to scale back on many, if not all, of these alphabet agencies. (In fact, recently, the Supreme Court ruled correctly against the power of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In general, they ruled by a 6-3 vote the EPA cannot make the regulations they have been dictating for 40 years. They ruled that only Congress has the power to regulate through legislation, NOT the EPA! We need to quickly educate ourselves and let our politicians know that we are not going to allow them to continue to operate as they have been.
